About this event:
It happens on Thursday, October 24, from 9 – 11 a.m. on the Pechanga Even Lawn. Free haircuts for men, women and children will be offered for those eager to donate at least eight inches of hair. Haircuts will also be given throughout the entire month in the new Spa Pechanga, a stand-alone, luxury two-story salon and spa.
The mane campaign coincides with October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Donated tresses are sent to a nonprofit organization called Hair We Share. Hair We Share provides free real-hair wigs to eligible men, women and children with breast cancer and other medical hair loss conditions. The free haircuts and styles are provided Monday through Thursday by appointment starting Tuesday, October 1, through Thursday, October 31. To donate hair, make an appointment by calling (951) 770-8501.
